With the new birth, God gave the believers in Christ the new things to live the new life. That is where the pastors are needed to reveal the new things to believers, so that they can enjoy the new life. John 1:17
One of the major will of God for his children is to come to the knowledge of the Truth. 1 Tim. 2:3-4.
The Truth is to:
- Show us what is available.
- To show us how to enter into what is available.
If we want to enjoy anything on a permanent basis, it is the truth that will deliver this to you and not by miracle. God has raised the believers to act on the invisible to control the visible. Rom. 8:35, 37. You may not be able to come the Truth that God has said about you if you don’t say what God has said about you.
THE WAY TO DESTROY THE DEVIL
The sure way to destroy the devil is to destroy your ignorance and it is by the truth.
The glory which Moses could not behold, God has buried it in us as the born of God yet we go about seeking the glory of this world. Isa. 60:1, 2 Cor. 4:6-7 light here means glory. That is why you see in Eph. 5:8 and Rom. 8:30. Beloved, we have the New Testament that supersedes the Old Testament.
We don’t need to mix the old and the new it can’t work. Luke 5:37-38. The New life must be lived in the new and the living way. The new things about us are spiritual, in fact, divine, so they cannot be seen with the naked eyes. This is why we must meditate and feed on the revelation that come from the Truth. Also, your language must change. Rom 5:17, Rev. 1:6, Gen. 1:26, Psalms 84:6, Eph. 2:6, 19-21. You are lord over life. To reign in life is to be on top of life.
